Repost, because I am bored and I cannot recall if anyone ever ended up seeing this somehow. 10 views as of this writing, but it may be a copy because of the authorship incident. Originally posted on March 4, 2020 (?).
I visited Dayton Tennessee, and had a great time. Un fortunately, I got Kinja’d when I got back. For now, enjoy this timelapse I filmed out the back of the bus I was on. Don’t get carsick either, since the camera faces backwards.
If you get get bored of the highway stretch, the middle part contains small country roads.
Now for the DOTS:
There was a lot of it, most of which was blurry, so I grouped them in collages.
That is quite an assortment of GM trucks (and a Trailblazer). A Corvair peeks out from the barn too!
Once again, we have an assortment of old trucks, including a Ramcharger!
Some more vintage stuff.
Some more modern stuff. That Chevy Spark was just the weirdest color ever. Kind of a washed out fleshy plum purple.
That Ford Econoline ambulance had a really strange grille.
Those cantilevered tractors were really cool. And the top left photo was a stagecoach. What is the mossy silver SUV at the bottom? Isuzu Trooper?
Top photo is a rattle-canned camo Geo Metro.
Snow spotted! It was quite the trip.
pip bip - choose Corrour
